I have had careers in both education and real estate sales over the course of my professional life, receiving rich praise and notable acclaim along the way in each instance.

My real estate career began after purchasing our first home in the Jamaica Estates area. I began in Real Estate in 1980 and became a licensed Broker within one year.

In 1986 I opened my own company called Aberdeen Realty. At that time Kathe Sciano was a broker in my office.We have had a close relationship for over 25 years. We proved to be a very sucessful team, with our outstanding knowledge of the area and why its a very special community.

Becoming partners was a logical move . We knew the local areas vey well and work effectively, winning referrals and repeat business on a continual basis. Such business is the lifeblood of our industry, without it real estate professionals cannot survive let alone prosper.

In 1996 Kathe and I joined with Andy Baez, the broker of record at Surrey Place Realty. We have been with Surrey Place for the past nine years. It was the right decision to become partners and to join Andy.

Kathe and I known in our local area as the "Dynamic Duo"offer a lot, but most of all we offer the promise to work closely with the seller from start to finish. Specifically, that means from the day we get your listing to the day we close the sale, we advertise your home and match the right customers. We're a natural, as we know the area, having been residents in central Queen for decades, we also listen to you: work exclusively for the seller and always tell you the truth. There may be larger offices, glitzier surroundings,and slicker sales pitches. However, you will never get better and more effective services and in the end thats what sells.
